Ammo,2007 was a bad year,maybe you missed the pics of that one.They were posted on here.Probably a one off!
But its certainly a nice tranquil spot and looked after very well.

I don't recall flooding at Telmessos to a level that entered any properties. I am aware of the occasional person living there full time over the last 7 to 8 years but very rarely. My opinion is that the properties are built as summer houses, a job they do fantastically well. They are nearly impossible to keep warm in the winter. I know, we stayed there one bitter February and moved out to a hotel 24 hours later.

Tinx reported in 2005 that some houses on Telmessos suffered flood damage (page 6 of the link).

"i look after a few houses on telmessos sites ref flooding it depends on wich side of the road you buy on dont buy on the right hand side next to the permanant lake as this winter they had over a meter of water on it and it went into most houses we have only just got them repaired and dryed out."

If you look after peoples houses I hope you can find them  :)

It's Saglik by the way and it doesn't have a permanent lake - unless you mean the pool.
