I have just downloaded a ticket and printed it off but it is so small you have a job reading it ,is there a way of increasing size of print ,also on my google mail page the whole page is copied and the conformation is printed on top of it. ;)

What format was the downloaded File?

Lance, are you trying to print from an Email[?]  If you are, click on the printer icon rather than pressing cntrl+print.  Your printout should then be okay.

Try using a bigger printer.  ;)
