Title: Second is last - not this time hopefully

I seem to recall that that the New Zealand All Blacks consider coming second as being coming last.

Given that Rory McIlroy must surely be a shoe-in for Sports Personality of the Year 2014, I reckon that the wonderful Jo Pavey richly deserves to be runner up, thus calling into question the All Blacks claim.
