Title: Expertise for villa

maybe we have to sell our villa in the future, so we need a report/expertise for our villa and the property. We dont want to sell it now, but maybe in the future.
We need a expertise (paper/certificate) with some random facts about the house and a price in turkish lira.
Does somebody know a man/women/company who is doing such things? Maybe a lawyer?
We need it a little fast.

I think this is only the price for the piece of land. House and so on is not included. And the price of the property can change threw the years.

I already contacted her, but she was on holidays this week. Hope she can help next week, but I definantely need it next week. So maybe I need another alternative.
