I don't want anyone telling me it is worth a lot more than the actual value?

There's 2 markets ,the Turkish market and the foreign market that is under pressure with the economic climate.

So you will have a 2 price house.

Getting the price right from the start will help sell your house.

Post by: julesbob0303 on April 15, 2015, 11:18:01 AM: We put our apartment on the market with Apple Emlak in Fethiye, just past the Mulberry Tree, last November, and sold in less than a month! Their pricing was realistic, hence the quick sale. We could have put it on for a higher price, and left it on the market for a couple of years, but once we had made up our minds to sell, we were glad to see it go! Our friends also sold through them just before us, again very quickly. It depends whether you want to hold on for a "good" price, or sell at a "realistic" price. :)

Post by: snowtop on April 18, 2015, 16:31:21 PM: It is with a heavy heart that I have to say, Ann passed away peacefully this afternoon. She never came out of the coma so she didn't have to endure any pain or know what was happening.
There will be no funeral, some of her organs have already gone to somebody else and her body is going to medical science.
Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your genuine concern, all the offers of being there if I need anything and practical support.
