its normally locked if it doesnt conform to CBF protocols or if another post was running too

A locked topic is one that can no longer be commented on because it's a duplicate or is too contentious to be discussed in the open forum. ....OR, someone's got a bit pottymouthed.   ;)

That first link you've posted doesn't seem right Colwyn old chap.  ;)
