Title: Forum upgrade

I've just carried out a couple of upgrades to the main forum software.

I had difficulty removing some of the chewing gum and string from the old version.  Before I carry out the remaining upgrades I'm going to wait a day or two to see if all is well with ones I did apply.  I haven't had any errors on the test forum but didn't have the benefit of members posting live.

Any errors you come across (if any of course), please post in this topic.

I've just upgraded the TapaTalk plug in. 

I don't use it, and don't particularly want to have to install it so any TapaTalk users please try it and post any feedback here.

How this version handles cookies and sessions is different, as long you get in second time round that is fine.
