Title: Our June 2018 holiday: Disappointments

1. finding that the demographics of the complex we stayed at had changed significantly since last year. :-[

2. being told that a man-bag would cost 120 tl when the sign said £ 10/60 tl >:(

3. still seeing men walking about the town shirtless. Even worse was a young lady in EJ’s wearing a skimpy bikini with a thong bottom bit.

4. fighting for long periods to get the wrappers off Turkish sweets.  ;)

5. the abrasive and downright rude attitude adopted by a former CBF member when I re-introduced myself. His loss.

6. at how it now seems compulsory to use a mobile phone driving. :o

Obviously Sukru's sad news was more than a disappointment :( :( :(

Quite agree about the covering up, or not, Highlander. It's not that difficult for a man to put a tee shirt on or women to wear a pretty beach dress or cover up, there are so many about after all.   >:(

He has a long standing issue with CBF (or me I guess) and to tell a gentleman like John to 'f*** off' (when he was just saying hello) was revolting behaviour and totally unwarranted. Those expats eh :D

Perhaps he is frustrated with his legal team, he told me I would be hearing from his solicitor over a year ago and incredibly they haven't been in touch yet   :)

No shame in the demographic change - just perhaps a trend in a country that I only visit twice a year.

Ex members attitude is his/her's business
