Returned goods?
« on: August 10, 2006, 12:44:38 PM »
I went to Erinspot yesterday and bought a microwave. When I got it home and tried to use it this morning it doesnt cook! [:(!]The light is on but the Chef is not in the kitchen! Grrrrrr has anyone else returned any faulty goods to Erinspot before??:-\ It only has two simple dials on it so its nothing I'm doing wrong.

I'm going along there to rant right now!: :) 8)

Linda

If you take it back, Bekir will change it - no fuss, no problems. All retailers stock faulty goods, they can't test them all  ;) :)

Knowing Linda's luck Bekir will swap her broken microwave for your broken toaster

You won't have any problem with Bekir. The belt broke on our washer in June, we'd had the machine for 16 months. He sent the service engineers to fix it - no charge! :)

I knackered not one, but two safes by putting the keys in the wrong way around! I admitted it was my mistake and on both occasions Bekir swapped them with no questions asked.

In my experience all shops will replace faulty goods if the relevant receipt is produced. Garauntees have always been honoured.

Yes I took my microwave back on Friday morning and got an immediate replacement althought the guys in the store teased me beforehand and said it will have to be sent back to be serviced! Fortunately for them hehheh! they were just joking!
