:)After trawling through all of the padlocks, to find another yet to  be locked topic, any time now can I just say.
I am glad I have been absent for a short time, and yes. I do have a doctors note. ;)

Scunner - I promise not to bang on about this (even although by this post I am) but don't you think that the topic I referred to was locked too quickly and/or prematurely. (Nothing against the person who locked it by the way)

The easiest way would be for ALL members to have Admin rights after 2 posts, then Keith can go and sell more properties without having to pander to forum and we can fire all the moderators :-))

If you go onto the 'locked topics' section you will see that there really aren't that many and that most of them are from threads on the 'bars reveiw' section turning into 'my fav waiter' etc.

I still think the current set up is the best option. You have to allow the mods to use their common sense and occasionally also allow them to get it wrong.

Censorship does not happen on here unless it's really required. Locked topics are not censored - they can still be seen in all their glory. Very few posts get deleted and certainly not without good reason.

This is just all stirred up over a few posts.

I would rather draw peoples attention to this which benefits members much more. Please look at the YouTube video.

Sorry, Mod/Admin Team but this is much more important.

The sensible thread on locked topics has been, guess what?

I love it, S. Your ability to focus on something but the actual issue is amazing.

I like your forum generally, by the way. The fact that mods lock topics because they don't like what's being said makes credibility an issue, however.

(It's the Orange Car thing that's the latest example, that I've seen).

Mavism, your imput is invaluable, thank you.
