Despite putting on a few postings now and then, I have noticed that my counter recording the amount of messages I have posted,does not seem to be working

?

:(has anyone else got the same problem?

I have not noticed if my postings counter is sticking, but have noticed in the past few days that my most recents posts have disappeared. Also my profile keeps changing, with my chosen option to receive emails being changed to "No". I have found this seems to happen after the site has been "down" for whatever reason or other.
Do the Administrators know of this?

With the 'unpredictable' nature of the timing of the move from the useless host to the new one, some people were viewing the site on the previous hosts server, and others were already finding the website on the new one.

Anything posted on the old server after we moved was unfortunately lost - not too many but unavoidable.

I am aware of the email contact problem, nothing has been changed deliberately by us, but as we tried to change to the new host, the option to receive emails from other members becomes reset to the default setting, which is NO.

I will change this and hopefully that will be that.

I see the counter is still not counting. Checked a few regular posters and their clocks have stopped too. Mine is showing 280 posts as of today but it is also showing it as 280 on the 26/10/04.

Surely as you post all your old postings update as you go, so they always read the same no matter which ones you look at?

824 as I start presumably 825 when I finish and who knows what, when or if anyone ever reads this. It is becoming a bit surreal - who am I, am I realy real?
