I wrote earlier in the week about a girl at my work who was running in a charity race this weekend.

I took a leaf out of Scunners book and took charge. I worked on the principal if you don't ask you don't get.
So thank you all for being so charitable, it gave me the courage to ask.
When I spoke to her on Monday she only had £46.00 but was too shy to ask folk to donate.
By tonight she had managed to get £226.00.
