I am sure I saw them at the Calis Sunday Market.  Go to the very end of the market passed all the clothes to the household.

The DIY shop next to the Citreon show rooms on the Fethiye road sells them, or did sell them.

Have also been searching for a Rotary Clothes line,  Any idea how much they are or, if in fact the DIY shop next to the Citroen Garage are still selling them.  Looked around Calis market the other week and couldn't see them.

The only thing they have there is not what I would call a rotary.  It is a low (waist/chest height thing that opens like an umbrella, -prongs 18" long).  It doesn't go into the ground, it has a stand.  It is 35 lira.

Can you buy rotary clothes lines at Ikea in Izmir? There is a B&Q called Kostas in Antalya, they may sell them, I will look next time I go there.

I've been to both Ikea and KocTas recently and neither sell them, as far as I'm aware you can't buy them in Turkey. The ones you see have been bought over from the UK. My friend recently bought one at a house contents sale, where the owner was going back to the UK.

Pleb, we haven't seen these over here at all and brought ours over from the UK.
Much to the amusement of staff at our then local B&Q, we went to the bathroom section & borrowed a pair of scales and then proceeded to get on & off with various rotary clothes lines until we found the lightest one!!!  ;)
