I use google maps on my android mobile phone for navigation in the UK. Does it work in Fethiye? What GPS systems are others using?

Google Maps will work - but the data roaming charges will be high if you have a UK phone.

Thank you your majesty. I was thinking of using an Avea sim card in my unlocked HTC HD2. I posted a link in another thread to a site detailing the prepaid offers and the Avea (http://www.prepaidgsm.net/en/turchia/avea.html) seems best for people on holidays.I also considered using the Android version of CoPilot Live (https://market.android.com/details?id=com.alk.copilot.marketplace.eu.full) but I am afraid that it will not provide enough detail for Calis/Fethiye.
