Known the " Girls " before Rainbow Property was started and my apartment has always been well cared for in my absence.

Monica and her team have paid our bills for us for 7 years now. We pop in and pay up whenever we are there but we don't worry as they take care of things.  They are a very professional team and lovely helpful people I would recommend them to anyone. Heather

Yes, we do! They are very good and they are lovely people. Even had to get Monica out of bed once eek!  I felt terrible. They pay our bills, organise our transfers and cleans and organise any maintenance that needs doing. Couldn't be happier.

I'm the friend. Thanks Quackers and all who posted. We've looked (and talked to) others but for a number of reasons, including the recommendations here, have decided to go with Rainbow to manage our pool/garden and villa.

Should you have an emergency after hours which cannot wait until the office is open you can call the mobile number however a call out charge of £20 may be applied.

Reference Rainbow - just be aware we had Rainbow for our maintenance (pool and garden) and when two of the owners properties didn't pay Rainbow drained the pool and took the chemicals and walked off site without any notification  to the other owners.  Just a warning.
