My brother always books AI when he visits here and has finally managed to book for this year.
I know this may not apply to many of us but he thought he had bought and paid for this year's holiday three times - credit card details given, the works only to get a phone call sometime (days) later to say the cost of the holiday had gone up by a total of £800-£1000.
Each time a different company and each time saying the prices on their web sites aren't live and the price was that much more. Even a week later they were telling him this and he is simultaneously online looking at that holiday which is still showing the same price that he thought he was paying.
Two of the companies are, Beach Collection - Travel Bag and Sun Master. He couldn't remember the other one at the time we talked.
He finally booked with a subsidiary company of Tomsons and so far this seems to be ok.
