A warning re this offer- they have now dropped Turkey as one of the qualifying countries.

Don't know if they will stand over any contracts already started

I rather suspect that the reason for dropping Turkey is less to do with EE, but more to do with Turkcell and the other comfortable mobile network monopolists here in Turkey.  Knocking back this plan here in Turkey helps to ensure that the large amounts of money from their 'share' of mobile roaming charges continues.  They are under no pressure here from the government on the basis of competition, unlike the UK market which is under the double pressure of OFCOM/British Government and more importantly the EU. :(

I have signed up for this so today I double checked at the shop.

As long as you took out the contract before 26th March everything still stands regarding calls from Turkey etc.

Glad I got in when I did then!

I've just got back from 2 weeks in Portugal & Spain, it was so nice being able to ring out as usual without worrying all the time of the cost, just simple things like taxis & hotel bookings were a doddle.

On a 2 year contract, no doubt it will all have changed again by the time I renew!
