After reading the post's on here I feel that everybody is in the dark about the Health and Safety rules and responsibilities of owners on complexes.If anyone would like to know what is involved and see what a real risk assessment document looks like then you are more than welcome to come to my wife's office( Lagoon Estates ltd) which is located on the main road passed the sunday market heading towards Kipa and Burger King.I will try to explain it to you.Hope it helps.
