dont worry about it, it's an april fool prank, it would be more worth their while remedying the problem than banning 3,000 members who might travel 3-5 times a year, i hope so anyway, cos we fly in 4wks. Has anyone figured out who this Anthony For-a-day is yet. Alan

Good morning to all members.
My name is Anthony and I am the booking manager for Thomas Cook.
Over the past month, I have been reading some very detrimental remarks regarding our service. Numerous members have also emailed us to complain.
On Friday March 31st, the management of Thomas Cook met to discuss these complaints and the adverse publicity we have received from this forum..
The outcome of this meeting is, Thomas Cook are to cease all flights to Dalaman International Airport forthwith.
All customers who have booked flights with us will be contacted and reimbursed in due course.
The Board of Directors wish to state that this decision has not been taken lightly, but feel that to maintain the good name of Thomas Cook it had no alternative but to take these drastic measures.
They would also like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Regards
Anthony Faraday
