We have an apartment in Calis and will be over that time of year- we are hoping the carnival will be on as my birthday is on May 30th and it would be nice to celebrate with a big party!

Different news....

It appears that Saban's brother is organising the event. I spoke to him and he says the carnival will definitely happen and it is on the 24th May. The Belediye will be doing some extra stuff for the 2 days following the 24th.

There is no program arranged yet and there certainly will not be anything like BoneyM but there will probably be some sort of group playing.

I'm probably not up in Hisaronu again until next weekend so if you need more details, go into the London Bar and ask Saban or his brother.

Attend what and where this is supposed to happening on the 24th May and there is not a clue as to what it is going to be or where its going to be maybe someone can let us know.

I think you will find the carnival has been cancelled until the end of June, I was talking to Shabba's brother in the London Bar on Thursday and because the weather has been so unsettled this year they have decided to postpone it until then so you will have to wait another month but hopefully the weather will have settled down by then.

According to the OluDeniz Post, the carnival is now set for 24th July. [?]

The carnival date is June 24-28, not July.
