Watching international games - why does this man always have some really urgent last minute instructions ????
Like Lambert coming on in the 89th minute - in my day it would have been "put yourself about son and put one in the onion bag because we have been really sh*t tonight"

Well I wouldn't employ him Des - he leaves all the important stuff until the last minute - should be better organised :-)
