Chimney Sweeps in the U.K. offer a lot more that just sticking a pole with a brush at the end up a chimney. They often belong to the Guild and Chimney Sweeps and have great knowledge of repairs as well as cleaning. They use vacuums, cameras etc.,
They also offer a service to diagnose and repair chimney faults including masonry problems.
Not sure they will offer these services in Turkey though.

They will turn up at weddings as well and give the bride a lucky but mucky kiss. ;D

Wow, that's a lot of information Jaqui, you obviously choose your chimney sweeps carefully.

Certainly was, considering the question appeared to be about recommendation of a chimney sweep in Turkey. :o

Chris, We just have the one, but the servants quarters have quite a few. : :) ;)
Old Nick, Yes the question was about Turkish Chimney Sweeps, but, some people wrote that they thought modern day Chimney Sweeps only use a pole and brush, which is not true. I am sure there must be some in Turkey that are a bit more technical. :)
