Title: Finans Bank Internet Banking - system down?
Post by: babcc on December 11, 2014, 14:06:05 PM
Hi all.  I have tried since yesterday to access the internet banking.  This is the first time using it as finally got our details to enter.  However, it just keeps saying the system is not available at the moment. Please try again.  I did a search and see that other people have had this error message  before.  Does anyone know if this is a common occurence or am I doing something wrong?   I did email them enquriing if there was problems and I was told just to call them and they did not give a definitive answer.  Not always easy to call as am at work and also it is expensive.  Can anyone help at all? Thanks as always x

Thanks Quackers but still no joy today.  Going through the main website and just not getting anywhere.  Very frustrating.  More phonecalls methinks.

Bacc, I had this issue a few weeks ago.  I called the call centre and for some inexplicable reason the mobile phone number listed that is used to receive the access code had become one digit out.  Once I confirmed the correct number it worked fine.  No idea how this happened as I had not changed my number and one day the banking system worked, then I got the same issue as you.
