Title: Site Manager

Hope somebody can help with advice. We have a maintenance company who are carrying out there duties efficiently, they also act as site manager as no one is prepared to take it on at the complex (mixture of nationalities). However there management of the site is not the best, are there independent companies that will provide a "site management service".
