Bambu – Calis Highly Commended 2016.
Again staff delighted – gentleman holding the Certificate recognised himself from 2014 in the photo in the centre of the Certificate.

La Casa Di Mamma – Calis Highly Commended 2016
Not many staff around when I presented the Certificate but again all smiles.

Mozaik Bahce – Fethiye Winner 2016.
Just as much great excitement amongst the staff to receive the Winner’s Certificate as when I presented the first one. Everyone dashing around looking for a clean uniform or apron. The chef in particular takes great pride in winning. They took many photos on their phones – I will try and get copies.

Something almost always offered legless but always turned down. If someone can tell me the Turkish for "I am only the messenger", I'd be obliged.
This year despite my refusal, two lemonades were brought at Mozaik Bahce.
I did of course insist on paying.

Thanks mercury - it's a pleasure to do it on behalf of CBF members. :)
The Calis presentations are fairly easy because it doesn't take long to get anywhere in the town.
Fethiye presentations are different. I cannot remember who advised me that getting to Mancero was easy "just get off at Kipa/Government Building, turn right and it's approximately 100 metres". Aye right !!!! >:(
PS If anyone wants to do the presentations next year I can pass on the templates.

We had a lovely lunch at the Mancero last month. I know if you ring them they will come and pick you up and take you back.
