hi.

would just like to ask (for example) im pregnant w&ith a turkish guy and have my baby in turkey would i be entitled to get chid benifits for my baby or does it have to be born in england???

if anyboby know please can you let me know thank you everyone

I doubt very much that you will be able to claim benefits in the UK for a (half)Turkish child born in Turkey and living in Turkey! Maybe if you were living in the UK with the baby it would be different.

The short answer is no,if you are not in England you will not be able to claim,I think its quite expensive there for the actual bith also.So keep asking the questions to get the help you need.

I had both my children out here, great service but at a cost as Laffa correctly states. It is around 400 pounds but a service you could not fault.

No benefits are available and why should there be?

same answer as the others. Living in Turkey, giving birth in Turkey no you are not entitled to benefits from the UK. Even if you had your baby in the UK and then came to live in Turkey you are not entitled to benefits.
