Hope someone will know the answer, thanks  :)

Q: If a block of apartments are built from scratch, and the owner of the land, accepts a certain amount of apartments as payment, for this land, the remainder belong to the developer.  When the building is finished, and the New Building is registered in 'individual lots' that are either, ready for sale, or already sold (off-plan), whose name goes on the Tapu's of these apartments/properties.
