Having tried swimming in a pool at the beginning of May. £200 is a bit steep for a 2 minute swim - I can almost guarantee you won't be in there any longer than that. Bbbrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. The sea will be MUCH warmer.

Hi jackie, who quoted you £200? Every year there is an agm at the complex, as an owner you can have any subject debated and voted on. If you are a turkish speaker or have a friend who can attend for you, you can suggest earlier opening of the pool. However, the majority of people living there are turkish and they prefere low monthly maintainence payments.

Hi Barry,

We spoke to the caretaker through Joseph (the guy that owns Josephs bar). I just thought it would be a bit cheaper, I was a bit naive about how much it would cost, he did say though I would have exclusive rights to the pool, but I understand that low maintainence costs are more of a priority.
