can someone just clarify this for me , we are on a complex of villas and some people have been issued with 2 tapus when they bought off plan , but i bought on off on of the owners (i.e. i was the second owner of the property) and i only recieved one tapu,my solicitor said you only get 2 tapus when you buy one new . so when you are the second owner of the property , there is only 1 tapu issued . is this correct ? thanks
