Hi,Mark,We stayed at Club hotel Sera last christmas and again in Feb.The hotel is superb. The location is good with a number of busses going from outside to antalya, ideal for wifes shopping and my visits to the harbour bar in the old town. The only downside if one could call it that, there were no other brits in the hotel, mainly german,Turkish, with two or three company conventions on at all times. However,we saw jinkys post and found the Saturn to be well located and so are giving it a try for a week overchristmas this year. We did read trip adviser,on this hotel but there was only two that were current all the others were for 2008.So its the saturn for us this christmas and we look forward to meeting anyone else who may be there.

Good morning Mark.Just a quicky re driving in Antalya. We have not been since feb,but in the town centre and some of the suberbs they were creating a whole new Tramway,if that is finnished all should be ok,but if not there may still be lots of temp diversions. These diversions actually start as you enter around the big bus station.Have your best map reader ready for the onslaught.A gps would be a good idea.good luck

Some problems with the Saturn palace. On the travelrepublic site it shows this hotel at a location within about 7kms from antalya, somewhere close to gilbahce,at the end of Savas cad.Plus the actual address is incorrect. The address shown is kemerragzi mevkii antalya. It should say, Kundu Antalya. The difference means the hotel is right at the far end of lara beach at least 20kms  further away from town.In the winter period this is not really very convenient if you are not using a car.so be aware
