Good Luck with that one, we're still trying to get them to compensate us for hotel and flight from Gatwick to Glasgow that we lost due to them cancelling our flights in December from Antalya.  Have been trying since November, it takes them about 2 months to reply and we've appealed each of their 2 decisions.  Would be happy with some vouchers against future flights but they're not interested.

we should have gone home on the 16th but was told we had to stay till the 30th,but ringing up everyday and pestering them, they put me on a flight last night and we were home for 10pm

My family stayed with us in Fethiye. Came from Leeds on the 9th April, should have gone back on Fri 16th. Eventually went back on Thursday evening of 22nd.The only downside was they were taken to Manchester.They were just so pleased to get home.All in all they were well pleased with the way Thomas Cook Reps dealt with things for them. No complaints at all.They were some of the lucky ones!!

Thomas Cook in Dalaman airport were very helpful, however we were flown back to east Midlands instead of Manchester, no buses to meet us for a transfer and the T C rep refused to leave his/her office because they were doing paper work! They left Ground staff to try and sort it out.

we should have been home on the 19th but came home last night.
Had to telephone thomas cook every morning, noon and night to see if they could get us a flight home. They promised to telephone us but didn't!
spoke to a couple who were due home on the 19th too the lady said that if you were in your own apartment Thomas cook weren't intrested in getting you home quickly they were only concerned about the people they had to put up in All inclusive hotels because it was costing Them money. I too believe this because when we said that we were being asked to leave our apartment they came up with a flight ....funny that eh!

We went to Dalaman for our booked flight as could not get through on any numbers and assumed we would be put in a hotel if flights still were not going. How wrong we were! We were with Onur Air and they do not have any reps at the airport, fortunatley for us two lovely reps from Thomas Cook helped us with information and helped us find a rep from Goldtrail who was very helpful with info but as we were flights only we had to sort ourselves out. We flew home one week late and were so relieved to be going as another member said she never thought she would mind being "stuck" in Calis and even though we made the most of it, it was the uncertaintity of it all not knowing when you would be going.
