Hi Everyone,
Can anyone tell me if there's a place i can hire out a small boat so i can do some sea fishing, preferably one i can take out myself?

I asked similar a while back (although I wanted to do a bit of snorkelling) and I think that if you aren't qualified, then the local marine plod will feel your collar.
