Can't disagree with most of the nominees but feel there should be a mention for David Moyes for consistently fashioning a silk purse etc..

Going into the last day in 7th place above his neighbours who have spent a fortune.

Well I'd always vote for Moyes but it would be regarded as bias by most of my friends. He continues to do an outstanding job with nothing to spend but sadly if Everton don't get investment I think he may be off soon.
