Is it time??????To put the summer clothes away!
« on: October 10, 2012, 07:51:27 AM »
Woke this morning to an overcast grey sky and a temperature of 18dg on the balcony.Think it could be time to pack away the summer clothes and get the warmer ones out.May even have to get the 4.5tog duvet on the bed.Definately NOT strappy top and shorts weather today.

I left my "Summer clothes" in Calis, so lucky you only to be putting them away now I am jealous.  If it was 18 degrees here I would be getting Summer clothes out, as that would be practically tropical.
However, to cheer myself up, I would say this is the time to look at the sales and buy Summer clothes to put away for next Summer.

Definitely a bit chilly today but no sign of the rain yet. Looking good at sunny and 23-26 for the next few days though...

Here we have a type of weather I don't remember from the south east of England - bright sunshine, blue skies and bloody freezing! Another strange one we get is one we call "sunglasses and wellingtons" - lovely sunshine after days of rain. Today reminds me of Uzumlu in around February - lovely and warm with the sun on your back but step into the shade and you instantly freeze  :)
