Hi name is Stuart and I am Scottish, found this site a few weeks ago after a friend booked up for next year to stay and I was looking for info.

Been reading lots and gathering some info. I hope to book up in the next few weeks myself for next July once i find the right place.

 always looking for info on places i plan on staying so i can get the full experience of the holiday so please be prepared for question

Och aye. My totally non-scientific survey suggests that 2.5 out of every 3 members on CBF is Scottish or of course, half-Scottish.

My theory is that the mountains and sea in this part of the world make you guys feel at home. It's certainly not the football or the food.
