Not anymore there ain't. The council moved the urbanisation boudary so that PJ's fell just inside the urbanisation area and meant he couldn't get a liquor license. Aydin Pide (next door) remained outside the urbanisation area so that was OK. Pam and Jason sold up in August and have gone off touring in a motor home before returning to the UK later next year. Guess who bought PJ's? Yep Cimmy (from Aydin Pide)'s brother.
