Ing Bank perhaps the H.S.B.C. or the Seker??
« on: October 14, 2014, 17:29:52 PM »
We are (unhappily)with the ING who since they moved to the new premises are a nightmare.  It is impossible to look in and not see crowds of people.
We looked into the Seker Bank today and it looked like the old ING Bank inside.   Also, looked into the H.S.B.C. and that looked good too.  Any thoughts about these two Banks please? :-\

Been with HSBC since we have been living here, quite happy with them. All staff speak English, some better than others.

It must be an absolute nightmare having to stand there and look at the plebs.

Perhaps you should suggest to Coutts that they open a branch in Fethiye for you.

 ;)

No need for that KKOB...  Jacqui we us Teb Bank near homprof... There is a man working there called Bugra who is the most helpful bank employee we have ever know .. His English is great as his sense of humour..  Apart from Mondays it is pretty quiet.

Do I detect a hint of sarcasm there KKOB ?
Try Sekerbank Jacqui,  Osga speaks perfect English and will do her best to look after you

Seker Bank every time. Always helpful, never  busy and probably the best Exchange rate in town.

Thanks for the help folks, really helpful, need to get away from the ING.  So many people complaining about the long waits in there now and people queue jumping.

Of your shortlist And criteria I would be able to recommend HSBC, particularly if you have a UK HSBC account too, and can stretch to a Premier Account. You might also want to consider TEB just up from ING, but I realise they are not on your shortlist

I was in there 2 weeks ago closing an account and I actually sat next to a man in his early 50's who had his head in his hands for most of the 40 mins we sat together - crazy!!!
