TV continuity

Watching BBC2 tonight on I-player and gave up, kept freezing.
Continued watching the same prog on Filmon with no problem.
I'd have thought the beeb service would have been better ???

The BBC aren't sending it to you :D

They are just making it available for someone else to. Maybe Filmon uses a lower quality (less data) so streams better at lower speeds.

I noticed in Turkey the BBC News channel carried commercial advertising. Is that the reason.?

They should do that in the UK and give us our license fee back.

Yeah - the picture quality and sound/vision synch is poorer on Filmon.
