Yep, thats them.  It appears they specialise in selling so called "premium" Spanish products to folks out side Spain, at prices no-one in Spain would consider paying.

Not really much help I know but I tried adding the m to the end of the email address, this time it went but I never got a reply. As far as I know the item has to have a value of £100 or more before  you can claim off your credit card.

I know this does not help and you may not want to order again, but, Tesco have some really good half price offers on cases of wine just now.  They are featured on Martin Lewis's website.
If you order £50.00 or over you also get free postage.  If you order before 3.00pm you get next day delivery or you can select a day for delivery.   If you have a Tesco card you can also get the points on your card.

I managed to contact Mail UK and convince them to redeliver the 9 bottles tomorrow so it won't be a complete loss. If Monte Regio do refund my money (PMSL - that's going to take ages to dry  ) I will be quids in.

Well, it seems that Groupon still don't have a grasp of the situation. This is the body of an email I received this morning. I'm not replying. I'll just wait and see how this farce pans out.

Stayed in all day yesterday but no delivery from Mail UK  .

I rang Mail UK to try and find out why my damaged parcel had not been delivered. Apparently my instruction to return the parcel had not been logged "on the system" and therefore the parcel had been returned to the sender - yeah right, I suspect that the driver is now enjoying the wine that I have paid for. There's probably a snowball's chance of me getting a refund from Spain so it looks like it's £50 down the drain for me.

What does Groupon have to say? They have ultimate responsibility as they sold you the deal. You can phone them on 0844 385 003. I had no reply to an email but was told I wouldn't get a reply unless I included the security code - at the bottom of your confirmation email. Maybe but, like KKOB, my wine eventually turned up without Groupon doing anything to help. However, I suggest you give Groupon a reasonable time limit to solve the problem and say if they don't you will then demand a full refund from them.
