What is the current exchange rate in Calis at moment just trying to decide whether to buy lira now or when I arrive, thanks

I think that half the people will advise you to buy now, the remainder will say wait.

About 50% of them will turn out to be correct.

( I have posted some thing very similar to this in the past, but it always turns out to be pretty accurate. Most of the time. )

But the advice "Buy in resort" will always prevail, no matter what the exchange rate is. ( Usually )

Thanks for replies so far, I arrive end of may and it’s around 7.1 lira per £ at the min at home

I don't believe anyone on here can accurately predict what the exchange rate will be in 9 weeks time.

It will however be a better rate in Calis than at home.

Thanks for the time taken to reply, think I’m just worried with rate being quite high still that it may drop as the season goes on, suppose it’s a chance you take and I’ve never known rate to massively drop as the season hits full swing unless I’ve missed a year somewhere
