***IMPORTANT NOTICE*** To our friends & customers, without prejudice, it is with much sadness that we must inform you that Aroma Beach Club has NOT been sold but has in fact been taken over and changes have been made whilst we were closed for the winter without our prior knowledge or consent. We are utterly dismayed to have been treated this way after spending 4 years making vast and expensive improvements and working d so hard to build up our reputation and successful business. As professional people, we are disgusted and angered by these unlawful actions. Both parties are legally bound contractually therefore this is now in the hands of the courts and local authorities. This whole situation is understandably causing us a lot of distress, but we felt we should inform you of the facts surrounding this shocking state of affairs.
