There is a huge refurbishment going on at the ground floor, not nearly done yet but it is looking good.The Mendos annex at the back of the main building is going to be The Mendos Gardens exclusive hotel,there looks to be a huge amount of work going on.

We used to love having drinks on their roof terrace a few years ago but the service became poor and drinks expensive.  Was a great spot for the sunset.
