Hi,

I got the same message although it was addressed to my husband but on my email account, only one message, four of us flying. The booking is in my name.

I thought that it was spam because the English was so bad. I also thought it odd as we are not flying till July and I didn't pay to prebook my seats.

Well, here we are the 23rd of soddin March and I still can't book my seats, without it saying there is a charge..tut. I want to get it done and out of the way. Also having a moan about their phone number, after press 1 etc, and message for 6 mins was told all lines are busy and to call back, then got disconnected.

I got the same message ,it was in the wifes name but on my email account.
When i checked the website i found that our flight times going out had changed by an hour, I'm just concerned there may have been an security leak or something and thier keeping it quiet.

I also got an email today stating the flight back had changed, but when I looked it was the same time as the first time they changed it.
It's all gone a bit strange at Fly T Cook this time.

Even if you get directed (as i have) to their live chat help line, it's no help, as it went to Thomas Cook. Two of their operators sent me back to Fly Thomas Cook, because Thomas Cook cannot deal with a Fly Thomas Cook flight, so they say. My booking ref shows my May flight from Dalaman has been changed, but not been given the details. Trying to work it out myself, it certainly seems that the outward flight from Gatwick (which i'm not on) is the same, but the flight is not returning to Gatwick but possibly to Glasgow. As i'm here in Turkey, no point in trying to call them. I have sent a complaint to ABTA to see if that brings any luck.
