Any advice on a firestick to bring from UK to Turkey would be much appreciated. Not familiar with this device.Thank you.

Works fine as long as you have an internet speed of 5mps +, i assume you mean for the free apps that enable live tv,movies, catchup etc & not the official apps, if for the official apps(bbc iplayer etc ) you will also need a VPN, we manage fine without a VPN 👍

this one & not the 4K öne although you can still load the unofficial apps on a 4k öne its a bit more fiddly
