Title: Suspension of Tapu Issue Lifted

The suspension of tapu issue to non-Turkish buyers has been lifted. This means it will be business as usual for foreign buyers - soon enough. There will be a huge backlog and that will take time to work through.

Yes, i did hear a rumour this morning hat the tapu offices will be open to issuing tapus to foreigners within a couple of days. Fingers crossed.

Do you need to be there in person to get
Your tapu or can  it be given when I'm next
 Out ?
And electricity and water can thay be done
In my absence as well ?

If you've given a power of attorney to your agent, everything can be done in your absence.
