Yes or no? Legal or not - re land use? I don't want to live in it full time but I do want to stay in it for hols and rent it out.
Edit: forget it - after waiting some time for the info, I just got it, and unfortunately do not have a spare limb with which to pay for it. Oh well, never mind!
