Title: Looking to rent long term

Hi
we are looking to rent long term,but wont be till next year now,what can we expect to pay for a 2/3 bedroom apartment or villa that is fully furnished( Would be for a maximum of 10 months,not including July+August)

You will probably get one for about 450-600 YTL depending on location and quality. A good rental agent is REMAX in Fethiye who have lots of places on their books

I have agreed 1000tl plus half maintenancew from myrenters on a 2 year rental contract for my 3 bedroom triplex villa fully furnished.  they do get full time live in gardener and huge communal pool which is hardly ever used

Where is REMAX in Fethiye please?  Been on the website, doesn't even list Mugla never mind Fethiye, have they just opened here?

Cross the main road from Carrefour, walk up to Ramadan(clothes shop on Corner) turn right and its down that side road on the left, lays back a bit.
