Liverpool v Man City

Just for you Jacqui, well deserved result, great game from the two best teams in the country, Saurez does a lot of complaining and falling down. but should have had a definite penalty for the foul by Kompany in the box.

Thanks Des, Wonderful victory.  Credit to M.C. they played well in the second half.   They also respected the minutes silence perfectly.  Two great teams.    I loved to see Steve G at the end with tears in his eyes.  A great day for football.
I also have to say I was totally disgusted with the Chelsea Fans at the Swansea match who disrespected 96 innocent people who died 25 years ago. These Chelsea fans could not keep quiet for 1 minute... what a disgrace.

Chelsea will be playing their 3rd game in eight days when they visit Anfield on the 27th.

Could be a factor especially as they have to travel abroad mid week.

Jacqui I cannot agree with you more. I think today proved from the actions of Steve how passionate his love is for Liverpool. Nothing was fake is was all from inside of him. As for the ignorant Chelskie
fans. All you can say them is. One day you will be sobbing tears of grief like the ones you are mocking.
Then and only then you will feel that same pain.

Thank you so much Dave, I was so proud of my team Captain Stevie G. who let his emotion show just how much this means to him and then rallied his players and told them to focus on the next match.

I'm sitting here in my Liverpool shirt and really don't want to take it off ! Inshallah !

I agree it could . But I think with the form and confidence and sheer skill the team has at the moment there is not one team thats going to stop them at Anfield. They have the most prolific scorer in the prem yet did not need him to score today to beat city. A city team that has been favourites to win the prem from day one and was up until they met Liverpool. Remember at the start of the season lots were  saying Liverpool would not even make the top four. I wish I had bet on them at the start. What were those odds?
I'm sounding like a liverpool fan here.  :)

Yes -but it COULD have been different. If Sterling had made the right decision, on more than one occasion it would have been all over much earlier
