Hiring a decent racing bike
« on: June 11, 2014, 18:00:56 PM »
Hi All,

We are in Calis at the end of June and my husband is looking to rent a good quality racing bike to keep up his training as he his doing Lands End to John o Groats in September.
Have read somewhere that you hire this type of bike in Fethiye, any suggestions would be fantastic please

Two bike shop on the main road in Calis walking up from the prom cross at the lights an straight ahead on Baris Manco Blv. two shops are on the left.  However, we noted the racing bikes for sale are expensive, so the chances of them hire one out may not be good.  Lots of bikes for hire though and at the end of June it may be very hot for serious training.
Ask  Rimms about the 3C's bike club, they hire out bikes, I think they are 10 lira per day, all money going to
Charity.

I suggest that you Google/contact the Fethiye CC, there must be one and see whether you could join the club on a temporary basis. Apart from meeting like souls you might get lucky in "borrowing" one of their racing bikes ! Happy spinning !

There is a a gym on the road to Fethiye from Calis above a large toy shop on the right if traveling from Calis. I am sure the toy shop sells small toys as well.
