For anyone still missing good old heinz salad cream :

if you take a good large squirt of mayonnaise into a bowl or cup
 add a little colmans mustard powder and a few shakes of apple cider vinegar with a pinch of sugar and mix it all up .... voila!! (adjust to taste)
